Because I am just starting off with this endeavor, I am looking for partners to help me get this small web biz off the ground.

Web Designer / Creative: There is a difference between a "Web Developer" and a "Web Designer". And while I am sure there is a much better way to differentiate between the two, this is how I view the difference:
The look and feel of a website is what a "Web Designer" does. Using tools like Adobe Photoshop, they create a visual representation of the website, and various key features of the website. Using input from an organization's 'Brand Manager' -- or perhaps the Web Designer IS the Brand Manager -- they also define the color scheme for the website, develop images for the Brand (like Logos), etc. It is then up to the "Web Developer" to make the web server do what it needs to do to bring the Web Designer's vision into reality.
If you're good with artistic stuff, and can create cool images and the like, you and I might have a successful venture here. Not only would you be providing the images and branding for JRW Web Solutions; but, you would be the first person I send my customers to for design assistance on THEIR websites.
Accountant / Business Consultant: I need someone to help me take this little website, and grow it into a business. I am not a Businessman, I'm an I.T. guy. I envision my role to be primarily building solutions for the customers. I need to know what I need to do to start invoicing customers, before I can start invoicing customers. Should I incorporate? File as an LLC? I know none of this. If you're an Accountant that needs a website, perhaps we can work out an agreement to exchange services.
